Rooibos translates to red bush and is sometimes called red tea. It is a bush native to the southwest coast of South Africa. Naturally full of antioxidants and lacking caffeine, rooibos is especially delicious in flavored forms.
Recommend water temperature: boiling 200⁰ - 212⁰ F. As with most other herbals, Rooibos should be brewed for 5-7 minutes to get all the health benefits and doesn't bitter by over-steeping. Please note: images represent the flavor of the tea, not necessarily the ingredients.
